Tso Rolpa Rolwaling Himal trek considers a non-technical trek and suitable for those having an ordinary physical ability. At First, we travel across the Tashi Lapcha pass, which leads to the famous Tso Rolpa Lake. If you are moderately fit and have a sense of adventure will enjoy this trek.

Moreover, the program designs to acclimatize you gradually and not expected high altitude sickness. Having said that, we ask that you examine both your ability to adapt to high altitudes and the route. We recommend that you work on strengthening the muscles in your knees and getting ready for multiple days of severe descents. Therefore, we encourage you to do some physical fitness programs such as running, swimming, biking, or aerobics. But hiking on steep slopes or jogging up and down steps is preferred. Some physical fitness programs include running, swimming, biking, and aerobics.
